I want to book complain against idea cellular limited as company not only seap out my call details but also misuse that details. I am frequentelly receiving warning calls from company's autoriesed receovery agent. Not only this they are also calling to all my relatives & friends & using abusing language. Due to this very reason all my relatives & friends to whom they called up are very afraid in attending the calls.
Actually i called many times idea customer care for blocking my card, but they didnot and keep sendindg monthly bills minimum amount and sum up upto 1200 something.. Which i have not used.. Even while taking new sim i told them to keep barrcade upto 500 rs. Which my bill not generate above that amount and they were agreed.. I stopped because of this fraud..
