In 2012 I was in a plan to buy a land in pune, while hunting I met Rakesh S More S/o Suresh Vishwanath More his wife's name is Nandini Karanjkar. They all are belongs to pune, they took to the outskirts and shown me some plots and took 2.5lac INR cash as a token to book that particular plot. After few weeks they demanded me to clear the pending amount which was around 4lac INR and some 70, 000/- for notary and registration. I made the payment of 4lac INR by cheque and 70, 000/- cash as it was some lawyers fee for processing. After taking all the money the guy started ignoring me, shifted his office from Sangvi to Bopodi and later somewhere else. His PAN number is AIBPM9238M. I tried visiting to his home which is in slum area, his mother refused to accept that he is his son, his sister who is still unmarried accepted that his brother has taken huge amount from multiple people and ran away with his wife nandini and young son.
