This is now my regular experience with ola drivers rude behaviour.
my wife arrived mumbai with two little daughters. I booked suv ola rental for two hour . Ride start time was 07.25 pm. At 07.30 pm without prior information mr sunil cancelled booking. Booking no is CRN [protected]. While i call him in advance that we are reaching within five minute. Same incident happened before one month.After cancel i call Mr Sunil he told rudely and told do whatever you want, make any complaint i dont care, really he is very rude .
Kindly take necessary action against such type of drivers who dont care about brand name of ola and passengers. Was this information helpful? |
