Hi Sir,

My phone number is [protected]. an amount of Rs.26/- for some ADPAY GSM VAS is deducted from my balance without intimation i did not request for this service still the reliance people deduct this amount from my balance on 16 feb 2016.
this happens with me trice and i always call to customer care to complaint but they said they are not able to help me out. last day i spoke to some Hemant regarding for the but help provided.
i want my money back and please stop this kind of deduction.
i am waiting for your positive response. please refund my money.

Hi
an amount has been deducted from my balance of rs 26/- it is wrong deduction. For some AD Pay vas charge. ..I didn't request for any service. And customers care people are noy able to help me.i want you to refund my money.. and please stop these kind o[censored]nauthorised deduction. A I am sending screen shot as well.
