I paid an amount of Rs. 6, 99, 840/= (Rupees six lakh ninety nine thousand eight hundred forty only) by cheque to Ram Agri(India) Pvt. Ltd., Ahmedabad between 1st November 2010 and 12th November 2010 as the cost of 600 sq.yards of land bearing private plot No. C-3/5 in phase I of the project "Dreamsity"situated at Bagodhara within the registratioon district of Ahmedabad and subdistrict of Dholka and Talua Bavla. The company entered in to an agreement with me on 17th November 2010 to register the plot in my name within 24 months or refund the money invested with 9% interest from the date of investment till the date of payment.They also collected Rs. 60, 420/=(Rupees sixty thousand eight hundred forty as Dastvej charges on 02/02/2015. Till today they have neither registered the plot in my name or refunded the money invested by me in spite of many reminders. Was this information helpful? |
