On 14th April, I order Uber Taxi. Taxi driver was not reachable even after several calls. Gmap was showing he went far away from my location hence I canceelled trip. immediately, I booked another Uber, coincidently it was again same driver. He took another 30 mins to reach my place however Uber Charged me 60 INR for nothing. My request you to look for this complaint and help me out so I can continue using Uber in future as well Was this information helpful? |
