Rama Palace Rishikesh — Broken seat given at Platinum Prices

Went to watch Dr. Shrange in Rama Palace Rishikesh) today. Worst experience ever. I have been going for movies in cinema halls since childhood but nothing can match this experience in terms of bad experience. First of all we took platinum seats as we were told that the ones available in gold are singles, which is fine. What pissed me off was the seat which we got, one of them was broken. When I told them to check they sent a guy to check and the seat literally came out. I shared the issue with the manager Mr. Rajesh Sharma and he casually called the staff and told him go repair the seat so that she can sit again. Are you kidding me? Repair the seat when the movie is going on? When you have already missed a lot of it? When there are other people watching it and their experience is also getting wasted? What kind of a solution is this? Are you going to play the movie from the place where I missed it? Don't you have some quality checks of your seats to make sure they are not broken, since you are trying to give "platinum experience" to your customer at higher prices? The guy sitting behind us said "yahan ki seats aise hi kharab hoti hain... Koi nahi madam". The people have gotten used to it and since this is the only cinema hall in the city they treat their customers like this. When I told them this is no solution then they said nothing else can be done about it... I told them isn't there a place to complain about this and he was so casual about it. I even asked them to refund us for the false services and they said no. How can you be so chill in providing substandard services to the customers and even be confident to get away with. Not done. If you keep up with this nonchalant attitude you will soon away die as a cinema hall. I have never had such a bad experience in my entire life. This is the first time I am writing a complaint so that such cinema halls start paying attention to their substandard services. (Seats B 1, B2)
