I am alok kumar. I passed b. Sc. (Geology home) from ru ranchi in 1990. I applied to ranchi university for degree certificate on 24th nov.2016 with all required documents and fees but they didn't send me the certificate. When i visited ru office they said that the case is very old and they would look into the matter. After several visits they gave me a letter for co-operative college jamshedpur seeking certified copy of my cross-list from there. I submitted the letter with xerox of marks-sheet and admit card to the concerned official of co-operative college jamshedpur. Since then i visited many times but each time they say that they are searching my document. Now it's more than three years since i applied. Please help me get my degree certificate.
