We paid Rs. 2 lakhs to Rangers' Club on 8th Nov 2023 when they called me at their sales seminar at I Sacked Newton, 5th Floor, Logix Mall.
Almost immediately after that, they are going back on all of their promises made.

I am staying in Noida Sector-31.
The Sales team met us (me and my wife) on 8th Nov 2023 and offered us their membership along with a lot of freebies and offers.
Post that, they are just not responding favorably and are not meeting any of their commitments. All our calls/messages and emails have not received any favorable response from their side and they are just harassing us without resolving our grievances.
We have got their stamp paper contract, their welcome email and a series of correspondence on WhatsApp, Emails and audio recordings. All the correspondence suggest that they have gone completely hostile.
I would like to press upon for a complete refund of my money and a strict action against their sales, operations and booking team of Abhay Singh Chauhan, Neha Nautiyal, Sakshi, Samayra, Nidhi and Taruna so that they do not dupe the people in future.
