We have purchase dresses at reliance trends mysore dated on 8/10/19 and we have paid amount rs, 2993.06 through google pay but it has been failed again we transferred same and 2nd time also failed, we have logged the complaint to google pay but problem not solved so i visited to my bank and logged the complaint after few days bank people told amount has been credited to beneficiary account and i called to executive mr. Madan he told not credited. So again went to bank to log the complaint but they told we need reliance trends bank statement from 8-10-19 to up to bill date then they will log the complaint. We are requesting you to please resolve the issue and refund the amount asap.
