Rapidpayz — Salary not received along with refundable amount

I habe been working on a part time job from rapidpayz for 12 days.They told need to keep minimum balance of 2616..they told that will be refunded with salary..but till now i did not receive salary and the refundable amount..the person who was in contact with me has switched off her phone for past 1 week and i am not able to reach her..pls take swift action on this and kindly help in recovering my refundable amount of 2616 along with the salary..thanks in advance
