Rathimeena Travels — I am complaining about "the booked bus didn't pick me"

I booked travels from Pondicherry to THIRUVARUR through RedBus app.
Date of Travel & Boarding point: 02 May 2024, Indiragandhi Statue, Pondicherry at 1:30am. I was waiting the boarding point from 1:00am-2:45am. The bus didn't pick me. I tried to call the Driver several times, mobile number was switched off.. Moreover I couldn't trace the bus.
I was really Worried about the poor response from Rathimeena Travels.
Finally I got national travels bus to Reach Nagapattinam. Now i am travelling to Thiruvarur from Nagapattinam.
I am mentally disturbed because of this incident..
Kindly I request you to Take immediate action over my Complaint..
