I purchased a AC from them
Till they sell all is fine
AC got delivered but no one came for installation even after 2 days !!
I thought it's LG who has to come, contacted them. They said as dealer has special rates the request has to come from them & if I register directly I may have to incur more charges
So I tried contacting Rathna fan house
No one will answer
If they answer by chance, very pathetic behavior, they transfer to irrelevant department like Bajaj finance etc
Also they just put down the phone purposely which I could sense when I called them 4th time.
Last year I bought from another dealer near my house, they were very prompt & unfortunately they did not have the same kind this time. Was this information helpful? |
