Dear sirs, i am drawing monthly ration from the above ration shop.. My ration account no. Is 528 in the above shop. I have last drawn ration in 02.09.2017. After that i was out of station with my family. I have not drawn any ration on the above ration account no. But i have received two sms messages on my cell phone on 20.01.2018 informing that i have drawn palm oil. 1.0 pkt, sugar 1.5 kg. Msd 1.0 kg and billed for rs. 92.5. Bill date is 17.01.2018.
Another message dated 12.08.2017 informing that i have requested for smart card change request. To my knowledge i have not made any request for smart card change. The reference id is[protected]. I have not received smart card so far enenthough i have applied for it long back. It apperas some one is trying to tamper with my ration card details and illegally drawing ration. Please do investigate and do the needful to prevent the malpractice and attempted impersonation which is very serious crime. My cell phone no. Is [protected]. Was this information helpful? |
