My ca mr s. L jain running a ca firm in the name gautam jain & co cheated me 25, 00, 000 in the year 2013 end he said me he will give me a flat in 3 months i had so many fallow ups always saying yes we will do we will do but did not turn up any time took the money in cash hdil in virar project took the flat in the name of her dauther miss savita jain when i asked him regurlarly in the year 2017 march i closed my company due to factal reasons when am asking him the flat he is saying me clear your dues i asked him what is the due he is saying me i made an huf account of 1 crore as an capital i[censored] will pay the takes to government u need to pay 33% but i[censored] will pay me i will only take 10 % pure cheating in this fashion he made more than 15 flats in mumbai we dont raise voice thats the reasons people cheat in this way this was my hard earn money i want everyone to raise voice against any cheating happening with u this will end corruption because people will fear i was chaeted badly hope any one can give me a solution to this Was this information helpful? |
