Andhra pradesh.in your dealer showroom i discuss with mr srikant and your sales manager mr p satyanarayana about rates and conditions. They insist me to take insurance policy from our showroom only. But i say the insurance policy is customer choice. Dear sir i am a fleet owner at visakhapatnam provides the vehicles to puc sectors and the govt companies. On booking time we paid rs.27000.00 (Rupees twenty thousand only) for booking amount by cheque and they assure that vehicle will be delivered before[protected]. After that i advise to my hdfc bank kindly arrange the payments as earliest. But suddenly on date[protected] your sales manager mr p satyanarayana visit to my office.
1. First he say the vehicle is ready.
2. He discuss about insurance policy for that i say that insurance should be done by the new india insurance company because i have been from last 1992 to on word.
3. After that he said we can not deliver the vehicle tomorrow and it will take time minimum 45 days.
4. I observe that the your sales mananger monopoly doing such bad thing. And today onward toyota losing customer like me. Kindly see the matter with clarification about my booked vehicle and help me to this matter.
