Good news, ravi builder has started contrucion of gaura samruddhi on 20th dec 2015, with 50 plus workers, wish he can continue same tempo of costruction, with this speed v hope to get possesion very soon, thanks

Hi Guys,

I am going to book the 1bhk on 11th floor in Gaurav Excellency Mira Raod by Ravi Group.
They have told me the possession date on June 2018.

Is it good to buy the flat from this builder.

Ive gone through lot of complaints on Ravi group on various forums. unfortunately i did not do a research before giving booking amount for Gaurav Crest which is getting built near GCC club. They said the offer is only for 2 days and ask me book it immediately by paying 1 lakh token amount. i got carried away with the lucrative offer without realizing the consequences of it.

can anyone suggest what should i further do, should i stop other payments and ask for the paperwork. or should i cancel the booking, i doubt if they would return the booking amount but still i dont mind donating 1 lakh than entire amount.

please advice.

Even i am looking at some of the properties of Ravi Group in Mira Road, it would be great if you let us know what you did. Whether you went ahead and done the agreement or changed your mind and cancelled the booking.

Do not book any flat with ravi group, they are cheating very badly,

They have permission of 2 floor only and sailing up to 24th floor.

My 5 lakh is stuck with him.

I have some good contact and can get the payment from him.
Pls call asap on my number for further planning.

@ashish4u yes the builder name very bad with respect to timely delivery but looking now i think it's right time to book the in building no 6 where you save lot mine and they r going to give possession as said by June 18. Whole layout will be completed by 2022 as per RERA . This being a massive project return s will be good once the project is handed over to tenants
