Ravi Kumar — Non receipt of Pistol license

I have applied for pistol license on 08 May 2018 at Mohinder kothw gun house Jammu along with all supporting documents and Rs. 10000/- as a advance cost of pistol license... But after lapse 2 yrs 03 months pistol license on not received till date... I am upset and harassment by Mohinder Kotwal... I call him many time. As send message through WhatsApp...after seen the message in WhatsApp no response aur reply received by me from Mohinder Kotwal...
