Sir, on 26.12.2018 in between 7.00 a. M to 8.00 a, m i booked two flight ticket and amount of rs8191.00 (As shown in your sight) was paid by debit card & debited from my s. B. I account but neither i got any massage nor any mail in regard to confirmation of my ticket as such my said ticket were not booked by you, hence on several time i tried to contact you in your mobile number (Shown / given in your web sight) but till evening all those numbers were found either wrong number or busy" at last one kisun gupta attended my call and says due to non payment of more rs.3336.00, they failed to booked (Which type of black mailing) and assured me to refund full amount of rs.8191.00) within 8-10 days, but after 10 days (Including today) you failed to refund my lawful claim, hence either you refund my amount by today failing which i will compel take suitable legal action for the same as well as increased rate of two tickets, damages & compensation for said harassment to me (73years aged heart patient senior advocate) my ill health wife.
