I ordered washing machine on 28th Sep-2015 with Order ID OD[protected], it needed to be delivered on 3rd Oct. After taking many follow up. Everyday day contacting with customer care. I got update that they are taking update with seller and it will take almost 48hr. And getting lots of argument and in the end I got answer that product is not available with seller. Ever product status was displaying as "Your item has been packed." Finally I needed to cancel the order.
Worst service provided by flipkart. Definitely Amazon is much better then you. Still I have some doubt...???
I just to know some answer:-
1. If Item has been packed then how product is not available with seller…???
2. If product is not available with seller, How it can be packed..???
3. If product is not available then why it is allowing to book order …???
4. Why customer is not updated with same situation.???
5. Why after taking follow up, still takes more than 5 day to give answer.???
6. Why customer service are not provide exact update….???
