Ravindra Watch Repair — Customer scanned BharatPe Qr but amount not reflected

Customer has scanned the BharatPe Qr with PhonePe channel he has made a successful transition of 1000rs @ 11:15am on 15.03.2022. I accepted his transaction. But amount not reflected in account after a hour. I repeatedly seeing due to server problem some transitions are getting reflected in some time.
Buts it’s been 12hrs Amount has not been reflected. I been checked my cc tv photoage everything of the transition is clear by customer. Plse do needful
