Raymond Synthetics Limited — Unable to Dematerialize equity shares

Madam/ Dear Sir,
100 shares of Raymond Synthetics Limited were purchased in the year 1996. Now I wish to dematerialize the same, but I am unable to do so as my bank wants new share certificate. I am unable to find as to who to contact for the needful. Please help.
