On July 15 at 12h35 I went to guichet number 6 of Raynair air company at 12h35 to register my luggage. I was travelling from Charleroi - Belgium to Malaga, Spain. The lady at guchet 6 said I told you I can't register your luggage now because your flight is at 15.55 pm. I said that's fine but I was told in three hours before the depart I can register my luggage I am sorry I want just to see.
Well take your luggage or I will call the security personal. I said why ? And she became made and through my suitcase to the floor in front of many people. I want to make a complaint for humiliating me . I asked for her name She refused to give me her name. And surprised to see that she has no tag with her name. Is that correcte not to have a tag with her name ? I went to to the supervisor asking for the employee name. The supervisor refused to give me the name and the supervisor has no tag with her name either. What can I do ? Thank you. Qourzal Abderrahmane, Spanish citizen.
