Plz don't go very worst service frad
My son Rohit Krishna booked a bike last Monday and they promised to deliver the vehicle on.Thursday only today on Monday they called to say the bike is ready and to come and collect it. Prior to that I went there on Friday to request them to deliver as promised and told them if they cannot deliver on Friday I am cancelling the booking and sent SMS to their GM to cancel the booking.g and revert the money 9000 and odd. I told the HDFC guy not to proceed further as they cannot keep up the promise. More than all that the customer service people who was sitting in the reception was behaving so rude while talking to them over the phone they asked me to come to the showroom to discuss further and they have nothing to say except they cannot deliver and do what I want. Why should I loose respect and fall on their feet. Such a worst people who sits there lack of respect and don't know how to convince customers. I have never seen a private company behaving rudely to the customers. Such a worst showroom srivari, maduravoyal.
