My name is harish goswami i've got an email regarding rbi new delhi branch that my friend olivia williams has came here from usa with a demand staff of one million dollar. And she wants to put it on my local account. And i gave my all the account details to the rbi's delhi branch. But now when i'm trying to transfer that money it asks for the cot password. Is it legal information or illegal information. Please help me to find out all this. And they are asking for cot number. By adding my username and password i gets login access and there i see that i've got the amount of 1million dollar from olivia williams but when i tried to withdrawal it. It asks for the cot number
