RBL Bank — cancellation r shield insurance policy

I dont want rshield insurance. The amount of 21000 was deducted. Do the needful and reverse my deducted amount

I was shocked to see my yesterday transaction, without getting my confirmation rs.720 is debited for R shield insurance premium, It makes me very disappointed, this is not the right way too...please cancel insurance and refund my money back to my credit card account. If it not possible means then cancel the credit card.

Due to this Covid19 I kindly cancel my rshield insurance. The amount of 21000 which will be hold in my credit card .Do the needful and reverse the amount if deducted.

Your people said that the bank will pay the premium for the first year. Then why is that the credit limit is showing less limit.

I recieved my credit card on December 2020.
On 6th January 2021 rbl bank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit card and on Care Health insurance policy Rs. 720 and Card Protection Rs. 600. I never ever gave any consent to either of them. I want immediate action to cancel both the policies. Although i emailed them several times they did not respond.
I request this portal to convey my concern to rbl bank
Or else i am forced to go through legal route to short it out.

RBLbank without informing charged an r shield insurance policy on my credit card and annual fees where i was told that it is free of cost. I never ever gave any consent to either of them. I want immediate action to cancel both the policies. Although i called them and emailed them several times they did not respond.
