Rcl Homes Navi Mumbai — Non delivery of homes

I also booked Duplex through RCL Homes in their project MOHILI MEADOWS, KARJAT, after getting full payment they are not picking phone.Anand Uttam Kadam, Minal Ramji Umrania, Vaishali Vasudeo Savalkar are so called directors of many fraud companies. They told us possession in three months but no construction is going one on the site, only pillers are structured and work stopped from many Years, it is just to fool peple and looks they will never complete this project.

Even i've gone through same experience. I've filed complaint and won the case in consumer court still haven't received single penny yet. I think there are more people out there duped by Kadam's. We should get unite and make some action. Kindly reply with your number.

We have purchased two Units (Flats) in CORAL LAKE project in Karjat. For the 1st one, we entered into a rent agreement but we don't have the keys. We got only two months rent, by cheque, for Feb+Mar 2014.
For 2nd Unit, registration is done, and we paid almost 50% amount, but construction has not yet been started.

I have gone through with the same Experience, even I won the case at consumer district forum, now matter is at stage where we are about to file Execution but finding difficulty in process of service notice.if all o[censored]s unitedly file complaint against Mr. Kadam for reffering the matter to crime branch / eow or we will involve the others unitedly we will succeed .For more details please contact.i will take this matter in high court asking for immediate relief against culprit.[protected]
