I have emailed and called reader's digest help desk several times to start the subscription issue of two years for which I had paid 1 year back (as we paid 1 year subscription and two years back subscription simultaneously, so they withhold our two year subscription for one year and they were supposed to start it after 1 year but they never started the issuing of magazine, we only got 1 magazine of Jan 2024; they said they have limited copies and cant deliver us ... and they neither refunded our money nor delivered us the magazine. Highly disappointed with the team. I was reader digest reader since my childhood and now I have subscribed it for my kids. But now feel cheated. Was this information helpful? |
