This is to bring to notice that real buildcon & infrastructure limited has done fraud and cheated me. Below is the company lead by builders,

B. Vaishali savalkar
I had booked a 2bhk flat in phase c, building no. 6, room 202 at kothimbe village karjat in 2012. I had paid total amount of 3, 09, 852/- including registration and stamp duty. I was promised to get possession of the flat by dec 2015. However till today 3rd dec 2017 they have not started the work in phase c, also non of the other buyers have got the possession and construction is completely stopped.
