Yes, work from home and part time jobs are mostly scams. I too got faked from "online-dataentry-home.com", "Think Infotech" and other websites. I lost some money to learn a good lesson. If you insist too much, they even start threatening us. Sadly, most of their addresses are in Gujarat, the place from where we recognize our Modi to have started his political career. He facilitated the growth of small and big industries and sadly, these facilities are getting misused is what I think.
