[Resolved]  Builder Omkar — cheating by builder

Problem regarding land on which building (OMKAR RESIDENCY) is constructed.

Total of the land on which the building OMKAR RESIDENCY is constructed, as per registered documents and municipal permission documents was 471.11 square yards.
Land allotted to each east face flat as per the registered documents:
38 square yards (Total for 4 flats = 4x38=152)
Land allotted to each north face flat as per the registered documents:
30 square yards (Total for 4 flats = 4x30=120)
Land allotted to each west face flat as per the registered documents:
32 square yards (Total for 4 flats = 4x32=128)
So total Land for all the 12 flats is 400 square yards.

It was identified that there is difference in total land which is equal to 71.11 square yards (471.11-400). We are already brought this issue to the notice of Mr.V. OMKAR and his son Mr. V. Srinivas S/O. Mr. V. OMKAR in the meeting held on 31st December, 2012 at OMKAR RESIDENCY cellar. In that meeting both of them (Mr. OMKAR & Mr. SRINIVAS) are agreed that there is a variation of 71.11 square yard, which is due to mistake made while registration. In the same meeting they both agreed to register that 71.11 square yards land in the name of society mentioning all the names of 12 flat owners.
but now they are not coming forward for registration and also constructed an illegal penthouse and this balance land is registered for that pent house. so please suggest how to get our land back to ounames?
