I booked a house in Dream Heaven Homes 2010. I have pay 15 lacks payment to them at the time of booking the apartment; they have stopped communication with us further about the project progress and still Dream Heaven Homes Pvt. Ltd are not giving any response in my query .I am currently staying in a rent apartment for which I am paying 15ooo Rs. /month. And hence I started following up by emails. Sometimes, Dream heaven sent me a letter back, and statement was that they are not able to get necessary clearance and amenity for the project and hence they are providing me an option to take back the money. So I am totally surprised to get such type of information from them. But in this time, the market price for all the flats have gone up tremendously and hence if I take the money back and will go for book another similar flat, I will be losing not less than 19Lacs.For that Dream Heaven Homes Pvt.
