I liked this project on expressway. Though it is not bang on the expressway but is at a premium location. It hardly took me 15 minutes from Kalindi to reach to the site. I liked the color concept and that the builder is providing all fully finished apartments and that too such a reasonable rate.
It is the best in the area as far as the rates and density is concerned. Only ground+14 storeys towers., which provides a limited gentry unlike other projects which are over packed.

So, if you are looking out for property options., my suggestion is that this property is a must to have a look at!! Go and have a look at it., may be you'll also like it(the way it happened with me) or else there are loads of other options(but not at this rate., at this location)

This is the first property which is free hold in noida and is in the heart of noida.you will get fully furnished property @ 3770 psf i think this is amazing.Even construction has been started there and the builder is not new they are famous for their early possesion as they have deliver a 4 star hotel in badrinath in just 1 year.i think this property is worth buying.

dont even think about this project, this guy Suninder sandha is big fraud.

stay away from this builder, one of the best cheater.

Pankaj Lunia and his father Vijay Singh Lunia are big time fraudsters. Pankaj, shame on you guys.
I do not understand how such crooks can run educational institution. These guys run a school in Vivek Vihar, Vidhya Bharti .. God only knows what these fraudsters teach innocent children.
They have been fooling me for more than year now, every day after calling Pankaj Lunia for 100 times, 1 time he will oblige me and pick call and say, Ma’am pakka promise bas thora sa time aap wait karo… Well, I now understand with what intention you used to talk so sweetly with me.
Well all I will say this is how they are earning their living and they are actually proud of such activities because if you go to their Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad residence you will see what lavishing lifestyle they enjoy using money of innocent people. Check out their family outings, international trips photos of FB @ Priyankapankajlunia and you will see how your hard earned money is being used.
For money they can listen anything, they can go to jail but will not give your money back.
They say that judicial system is in our pockets and nothing can actually harm us, so they actually very confidently cheat people, use their money for living and keep on harassing people by not returning their money.
Beggars are much better than these people who make their living by at least asking for money.

Its been 7 years the projects is declared illegal by Noida Authority and no construction or any refund been done to Kaveri, horizon concert buyers and people are been fooled of their hard earned money and even banks like SBI, PNB had given loans to these innocent buys who dont have a flat now nor have their hard earned money and only holding bank loans which are been pushed to pay by banks !!
And the real culprit is enjoying out of hands of justice and more than 300 buyers are suffering along with Banks

NO JUSTICE STILL > AWAITING IF ANYONE CAN HELP !
