[Resolved]  Net Ambit Homewise — Net Ambit Homewise is the Biggest Fraud

NetAmbit Homewise is the biggest Fraud I have come across in my life...bought jaypee flat through them...got a credit note of 3.5% from them amounting Rs 1, 12, 000/- dated Sep 2011 encashable on payment of 40% to jaypee...now 80% payment has been remitted to jaypee...but the credit note is still not honoured...every time I call on their representatives numbers I get to know that the number is the same but the representatives have changed jobs...I even visited their office in sec 132 and met one senior after another but except for assurances and repeated white lies that " Sir you will get the cheque tomorrow" have got nothing...now thinking to take some serious legal action against this company...my sincere advise to all customers...please don't trust this company for any of your real estate transactions...behind the veil of the PROFFESSIONAL approach is the same old story...just trap the client

I did see Netambit there and can vouch for the fact that they are highly unprofessional. No wonder most of their original employees have either left or leaving or are drawing salaries and moonlighting on resale deals. I have personally bad experience with netambit for Jaypee deals and infact still have to collect some brokerage.

On the flip side, I would say that ultimately its greed that greases the wheels of RE whether its the builder, broker or even people like us. So let the buyer beware.

Brokers like banks have no skin in selling 3rd party products and are only interested in pushing to receive a commission.

Thanks to forums like these, the average person can atleast get some views of others.

THE LEADER OF THIS BUNCH OF THIEFS IS GIRISH BATRA WHO NEVER MEETS ANYBODY ONCE THE BOOKINGS ARE DONE. HIS BROTHER IS BIG CHOR HIMSELF. HE SAYS NO COMMISSION HAS BEEN RELEASED FROM LOGIX. BUT ON ENQUIRING FROM LOGIX I HAVE GOT TO KNOW THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY BEEN PAID THE COMMISSION AGAINST MY BOOKING.

I REQUEST ALL THE DEALERS AND BROKERS OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY TO BLACKLIST AND BOYCOTT THEM. THEY ARE BIG CHEATERS AND LIERS.

CLIENTS AND INVESTROS I REQUEST YOU NOT TO BOOK THROUGH THEM AS THEY WILL NEVER HONOUR ANY OF THEIR COMMITTMENTS OR ANY CREDIT NOTES.

I also booked the flat with them but didn't faced any problem as you have explained above. I think you have written in aggression this message as they are the reputed company and new to the industry, so why would they do at the starting of the business.

and let me tell you there are problems in real estate industry but not as such as you have written here.

I planned to book a flat in Logix’s ‘Neo World’ Project. I searched the market and found that there are three big names out of them 2 were very established (BUT A BIT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK) and third one was the new one (NetAmbit Homewise) only 6 Month old but having a good name in other sector like Insurance etc.

He was giving a lesser discount in compare to other dealer though I selected them. Because I though he will not do any type of cheating for making it’s reputation in market as well as my benifit.

Dealer 1: Total : 9% (5% on paper, 2% Adjustment Note in second Installment & 2% credit note, encashable after 35-40% payment)
Dealer 2: Total: 8.5% (5% on paper & 3.5% credit Note encashable after 35-40% payment)
NetAmbit: Total: 7.5% (5% on paper & 2.5% credit Note, encashable after 30% of payment)

There will be a gap of around 6 Month between 30% & 40% payment which I have already analyzed. I don’t want to wait for 40% payment to encash my credit Note.

I choose NetAmbit for my deal, whose representatives (Mr Omar & Mr Vinod Kumar) was following & convincing us a lot.

I provided my all document and money to them and feel happy and relaxed BUT it was the start of my Mental humiliation.

They promised me that credit note will delivered to me within 2-3 day as amount will be debited from my account.
But it is now 2.5 Month, I have not received my credit note.

Every time when I called their representative (Mr Vinod Kumar),
In the beginning he use to say Sir,
1. it will be delivered to you by tomorrow.
2. Finance Department is doing legalization/Verification.
3. “CEO is out of Country, needed his signature”.

After all these words changed to, I am out of station OR I am driving, will call you back., No call back return….
After that, Stopped picking the Phone…

I tried to Call their customer care No also, there are lot of name : Ritika, Neha and others
Every time they use to say me, that our representative (Mr VINOD KUMAR or Mr OMAR) will call me back…. But return call

Suddenly, One day their representative called me: Sir Apka Credit Note ready hai…. Aap kal day time mai mujhe Call kar lena I will delivered your credit note (Earlier they use to call themselves and ask Sir, when/Where we can meet)…

By Some reason, on the same night their representative came to my home to deliver credit Note…. But here is again a TWIST:

Credit Note will be encashable after 40% of payment instead of 30% which they promised.

There was am argue with representative, and he promised to be back with a Fresh credit Note with promised condition (Encashable after 30% of payment)…
And here second level of Hell is started for me…
No one came back with a fresh credit, No one called me back and never picked my call as well….

Then I decided to meet some senior person in company to discuss the problem..
I went to their office (ETT2, Sec-131, Noida). 28th January 2012
There we meet to Mr. VASU and said to be Head of Noida Region.
He called Mr Vinod Kumar & Mr Omar, On that day I saw his attitude, he even not saw toward us and trying to show that WE ARE BEGGERS AND BEGGING FROM HIS POCKET
In same way : Jab koi Bhikari bheek mange aate hai kisi Ki Shop Par… To who jhallake apne Naukar ko bolte hai… Abe kuch deke DAFA karo yanha se inhe….

We talked to Mr Vasu, he promised to deliver the Updated Credit Note within 2-3 day at home

Now again Story repeats again….
He never call me back (Except One)… Every time when I called him… he was in meeting (possibility is there because he is heading a organization) but it should be his responsibilities to call me back…
No of times he has delivered my credit note by his word… (Not actually ….)
It is almost more than 2 month as of today, I am following with him but no solution…..

I do not think, NetAmbit is a fraud or involve in any such acts. I recently purchased property in Delhi and got possession as well.

I contacted NetAmbit representative, He was generous in talks and provide me full details for property. He issue me credit note as well in just 2-3 days. I also went for site visit and get what they promised.

Actually, I do not believe on real estate broker or agents to make deal for purchasing property. I contact directly to builder for choosing flat or apartment that I need. But, when I contacted to NetAmbit which is professional real estate broker provide me with full details.

I found representative from NetAmbit as quite generous and he provide me details so that I can decide what property I must have to purchase.

I was in search of top known real estate property across Noida and Greater Noida. I was getting confused how to choose property as market is flooded with endless list of builders. At that time, I contacted to NetAmbit and it was great experience for me to get possession for Supertech Golf suites.

They approached me with professional approach and provide all essential details with which I make well informed decision to choose the dream property. They also provide me discount with credit note.

As land space is readily getting transformed into residential kothi or apartments, it has now become necessary to buy property space quickly. We were in hurry to purchase hot property space in Noida location.

But, I was getting puzzled how to choose and then I get know about NetAmbit. They are quite professional and give me extreme ease to get possession. I do not have to go with any sort of cheat and fraud and I got exactly as per my needs.

Somewhere around six months ago, I was in search of hot property in NCR region. There are number of reputed builders that offer exciting deals but I was not getting according to location and budget. My friend suggest me to hire real estate professional from NetAmbit to assist me.

I posted a query on web and NetAmbit representative contacted me shortly. I have budget near around 50-60 lacs and they provide me suitable option according to it.

Here Mr. Manoj Srivastava self claiming himself to be employee of Netambit and praising his company and what not. Here he is claiming to be a "satisfied" customer who has purchased a property from Netambit in Delhi. The fool does not even know that possession of the so called property SUPERTECH GOLF SUITES which he claims he has got ... the construction of this property has not even commenced...

One tip to the fraud management of NETAMBIT... Atleast hire good staff to make fool of people... Hiring fools like these...will end up making fool of you only...
