[Resolved]  Orior Developers Pvt Ltd. — Cheating / non return of payment taken for piece of land nor given land

1-Booked plot for 150 sq yard in bhasker enclave 2, jaipur Rajasthan on [protected] in name of vinay kr gupta – form copy & receipt of payment attached .
2- Plot allotment was made on[protected], c-183 Size 161.39 sq yards – with all approval taken as per letter issued - copy attached.
3- plot area changed to 162.15 sq yards by them & demanded payments
4- payments made for 2 nd installments
5- again payments demanded with threat to cancel your booking if payment not made
6- Entire balance payments made Totalling Rs 419806/- on 12-11-12.. Verbally they told to issue property papers in our name in Nov 2012 itself.
7- on follow for papers of registration in our name , ONLY no due certificate was issued . no property papers / approval shown/given. Said given to JDA For registeration , no reference no's of file , photo copy of papers given to us
8- after various follow up – Requested copy of approval & details for ownership of land they have sold to us – No reply/ response .
9- finally , after 4 month , no result , then we requested for our payment return in absence of property papers non issuance/ given, no agreement issued
10- they asked verbally to submit surrender letter format to be submitted on Rs 50 stamp papers with all originals & agreed to issue payment for Rs 518988/- mail given by them
11- submitted surrender letter with all original on 5-3-13 & they acknowledge the receipt of documents , with commitment to release cheque payment on or before[protected].
12- now after 31-3-13, I am going daily to their office , they are not listening / not paying the payment cheque/ now started threatening us don’t come to our office , we wll not make any payment .

Understood , there are so many other customers who are facing the same treatment by this mentioned person – Mr Gaurav dhoody ([protected])
Director of the comp-any is Mr SUDHIR CHOUHAN – Never comes or meet any body
Copy of all receipt of payments for Rs 419806/- made by cheque.
