[Resolved]  Panchsheel Buildtech Pvt Ltd — Cancellation of Flat

I booked 3 BHK flat on Panchsheel Hynish in April 2011 and paid 10% at that time. When they requested to Pay 30% more in May 2011, I contacted with AXIS bank. Bank submitted my application but not login as that time bank was not agree to pay for Noida Extension project. I convey the same message to builder at that time also.
After that in Feb 2013, Builder sent one demand letter with amount 9,96,000 and included the interest from May 2011 to January 2013 (Amount 2,39,799),
I had a discussion with builder and they agree that even in February 2013 bank is not ready to disburse the payment and I need to pay full payment included interest period from my pocket.
Even in newspaper we have a message from Greater Noida Authority CEO that builder cannot demand the interest and cannot cancel the flat as these are not bankable.
But Panchsheel Builder ignores this and cancelled my flat. I need your help to get back my flat.
