I am also a viCtim
Even I also purchased an apartment in Phase - III during the year 2010. Provident housing not yet handed over this apartment and completed only 85% of the work. Works are not happened for last one year and to my surprise I heared that the contractors M/s. BL Kashyap has been signed out from the project due to the reason that Provident not paid their dues on time. Sources said that there will not be any further progress for next couple of months.
They made a big mistake during the year 2009-10 and sold extra car parks @ Rs.150000/- and now coming up with an option of alloting the car parks outside the premises for their own mistake. The funny thing is all these promises were delivered by Mr. Madhu - Managing Director of the company and he is removed by the management from his services during the last month.
Provident will not honour their committment always. I feel that i made a big mistake of booking the apartment in cosmocity during 2010.
No Rental Value, NO Resale Value what a great project?
The interesting part is after doing all the above mistakes Provident representative Mr. Kamal is approaching the existing clients to generate the leads for their Phase 4 project which costs Rs.38.50 Lakhs whereas the resale flat itself is Rs.28.00 Lakhs.
Great Business tactics of Provident and Mr. Kamal.
