Plz help to get cheque from Vigneshwara Developers

We had invested our hard earned money in commercial space in IT Park by Vigneshwara Developers

in Sect 8 Manesar, Gurgaon.we have tried to contact their employee personally

as well as through mail but all in vain,no one keen to reply us. kindly suggest what should i do.please help to get our cheque.
