yes u r right, realty care is a fraud company, if any person is angry by realty care, they get call by the name of call for realty, like that they have four name of company, its totaly fraud, company, dont give credit not clearence,

Beware of Realty Care Property Dealer.
As a First time Buyer/Invester I had been approached by two executives (one of them was Abhishek Jangid) of Realty Care through a relative. I wanted to invest in a Pre launch so that I will exit at launch with some profit. They offered me Orris's Spring Home Project in Sector 85 Gurgaon @ 5577 after 3 % credit note discount. I booked it on Jan 1 2013. As I was new so I just gave cheques of 10 Lacs without any written proof that my money is going to Spring homes. The reason being is I trusted them.
And I realise later that, that was a mistake.
While booking they told me that Project will be launched in March end.
I was happy that my money started getting add up.
Till April I didn't get any phone call or notice regarding launch. I was curious and started googling around for this project and I came to know that people getting alloted their units. So I called Realty Care office. To my surprise I came to know that my money was directed to book a unit in Greenopolis (another project by Orris-3C). What the heck!! How can they do it. What does this mean? Is my money safe. Will I get my ROI as planned. Will I get my money back? They didn't feel it necessary to inform me that Greenopolis unit has been booked for me.Lots of questions...
I have been told a story by Realty care that their two executive(Abhishek ) cheated a few other customers also like that and they have terminated them. I said that is not my problem and i need my unit in Spring homes as promised. On this, one of the manager was trying to persuade me saying that Greenopolis is a very good project and will give good ROI etc etc.
To me as a first time experience, it was frustrating and fearful. I simply said either I should get spring homes or money back. A few days later they said they will return my money but it will attract a 10 to 15 percent charge. Now That was the height of stupidity. You have taken my money for 5 months and instead of giving it back with interest, you are deducting it.
Somehow I got my 10 Lacs back on May end 2013 after 5 months. But I learnt a lesson. Never ever trust anybody in Real estate no matter how close or related to you.
I will never deal with Realty Care and Orris again in my life and not recommend to any body.They are not at all professional and client oriented. They are here to make money only through fraud.

soniji, you can contact directly to builder and tell them that you have been cheated by dealer like that. They will refund your money. I did the same way.
