Real value promoters pvt ltd — Refund of my booking advance!

Address: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

I booked a flat with real value(padmalaya) based on information given by customer service executive(saravanan) and proceeded with booking with 1 lakh. I found out all information given by him to be wrong when checking the agreement papers. When I took this to his superiors, no action was taken. Instead, they asked me to proceed or cancel with paying a penalty of 25000 from the booking advance.I have not got my booking advance. its like am paying for their executives mistake. Please help me on this.

Did you get your money back ? I have also paid 15% advance but the builder has not commenced the project and evading to refund the money

It is the same here. They are not ready to refund the money back. Any idea is someone moving legally? I'm moving it legally and hence wanted to check.
Anyone got any update?

I understand insolvency proceedings are underway and we have to register our claim with the appointed IRP. Can anyone help in this regard
