Reckless Driving — Driver stopped in middle of the road

Hi sir,

While traveling on my vehicle,
around 8:15pm to 8:25,
Bus driver TS RTC Bus (Ap11z6398) suddenly stopped in the middle of the road after the miyapur alwin signal, he stopped away from the bus stop, bus Driver want to stop near bus stop not in the middle of the road, while iam saying to the driver he is scolding back in vulgar language, this is insulting to me and my family in the public, plz tell him how to behave with the public. I know how his work is stressed but stay politeness always important, kindly understand and take action about reckless driving,
