I purchased one 48 inch led tv on5-4-2017. The tv panel failed in february 2018. Resq service centre replaced panel also i took extended warranty valid up to 4-4-2022. Again on[protected] the panel failed and resq service centre replaced panel after 15 days. To day (On[protected] again there is no vedio function of the tv. They said that panel needs to be replaced. Every time they take 15 to 20 days for repair and we are to stay without tv. What type of tv it is. Can any body from relience digital take responsibility and replace the deffective tv. I may have to take up with consumer greavience cell govt. Of india if the tv is not replaced.
Can any body justify quality of tv if the panel fails thrice within one and half year of purchase and go on telling that we will repair and keeping the costomer (Consumer) without any tv for 15 to 20days without tv. Was this information helpful? |
