Redboxmall — Online Shopping fraud

I had ordered Clark's women shoes from Facebook link of redboxmall on 3 rd December.
I received confirmation mail after online payment as follows

I have not received it yet. No updates...no replies to my mails...no revert on their contact us message system on website...contact no given is incorrect...also mail ID invalid.
In contact us section it was showing Red Duke address .
After that I got to know similar complaints are raised by many people when I searched for Redboxmall.
Now able to see one more link all similar details popping up
