After a long follow up finally received defective product as there is no adaptor pin for USB . Payment taken in divadeal for 1999 and invoice raised from redcrate for 1799. Only there is a hole and inside unit is rattling. I have asked them to replace or refund amount but the person called Aghad Singh sent an email asking to send by courier as they do not return service. The telephone number always comes engaged. It seems, this is a fraud company in Mohali. Pls do not buy any products from this company.
