I have purchased HM5800 Bluetooth (#[protected] on February 2nd, 2015 at cost of 886/- Rupees. Rediff shopping support delivered the product on 5h February at 12:27 AM. When I open the parcel I found that it is poor quality and already used product, so I decided to return this product on the very next day. I sent an email to them and they ask to return the product in next 7 working days. I courier the product on mentioned address and provided them tracing number. Courier Details: Courier Name : Blue Dart TAT. Tracking number : [protected] Amount incurred : 150/- are the courier charges. To track current status, please Log on to - http://www.bluedart.com/maintracking.html, / Customer Care No. - [protected] Address where I sent my courier.-- Pearl Technologies ( Hotdealsfrompearl ) A-16, Sainik Nagar, Uttam Nagar. New Delhi - 110059, New Delhi - 110058, Delhi, India [protected]@rediffvendor.com, pearl.[protected]@hotmail.com, pearl.[protected]@hotmail.com [protected], [protected], [protected] As per courier tracking, the courier company said that they have delivered the product on 10th February 2015 at 12:19 PM. and the Recipient name is Rani/25333656. Rediff Shopping support sent me email 7-8 times and telling me that they haven't received the product and asking for proof of delivery, I provided the tracking chart and proof of courier and delivery in respective format. But they keep sending same email using this email id ([protected]@rediff.co.in) to avoid to return my money, and every time I reply that I provided the proof of delivery using Bluedart delivery tracking system. It seems they have an automated email which is used to irritate the customer. I provided every detail of courier bill and delivery detail. Here are the Courier Tracking Details, and chart.. I want to get my money for Bluetooth product + Courier Charges + punishment to them which I prefer 10 times tot the total amount as they have intentionally tortured me by not returning my money, which is breech of deal. I can provide video on unwrapping the product which clearly shows that their product is faulty. Price of Product : 886/- Courier Charges : 150/- Total : 1036 Punishment charges to Rediff Shop Support: 1036 * 10 = 10360/- I expect 10360/- to be refunded from them.     Product booked under order no11470508 dtd 18.04.2015 is not delivered till date and customercare is only assuring to look into the matter from last 7 days. I have called several times and the customer care official says wait for 24 hours, wait for 48 hours etc but the problem is not solved and the product is not delivered neither the refund process is initiated as requested by me. I have already informed rediff.com that GATI Logistics has already reported the consignment to be lost and still there is delay in refunding the amount.The customercare still delays without genuine reason and has not updated the staus of my complaint by mail/sms as assured by them.The shopping site is trying to play fraud with the money.

          I had ordered a Car Towing rope on 21/04/2015 and still havent got it.The delivery status still shows "ready to dispatch".I have sent several mails to Rediff regarding this and havent got any reply so far.I have called their customer service team several times and everybody is giving run around that i will get this product within two days.I have never experienced such pathetic service in my life before.Nobody from rediff seems to help me out Vivek Kashyap Order id[protected]

              I have ordered gold foil envelopes on rediff shopping with order no. 10980313 on 31st Dec 2014 and got delivery of product on 2 January 2015. On opening the product, I found that the product is defective with reversed printing. I complained for the change of product and then the series of mail continued for the change.In last I asked for refund. Till now neither the refund is credited to my account nor product has been taken back. On contacting rediff, they provided RRN ( Retrieval Reference Number ) no. : 85215224365452610906208, that they have credited and check with your bank. On checking with bank, bank provided proof of payment reversal which is attached. Kindly look into the matter and helm me to get back my refund.

                  Vide Order No. 11467103, I ordered the item mentioned above. I paid the total value of the product alongwith the shipping charges on 17/04/2015. After 2 days status was showing on rediff as "vendor ready for dispatch". The status of the same has not changed since then. I waited for 15 days and then I started calling the vendor. However, it may be noted that the rediff vendor is very irresponsible and never attends to calls. The phone kept on ringing infinitely. After 6 days of follow-op and continuous calling to the vendor. The vendor responded to my call once and stated that he has dispatched the item on 17/04/2015 through blue dart. He said that you call after sometime and the AWB No. will be provided. I kept calling him for 2 days and then he responded and gave me blue dart AWB No. But to my surprise he gave me the wrong No. When I called him back he stated that the number is correct and confirmed once again. I called up the blue dart and intimated them. Bluedart also stated that the AWB No. doesn't exist. I sent mails to rediff . However, they respond to my mails after 2 days. Also they didn't tell me anything concrete. So this is the story of my first and last and worst encounter with Rediff. Please help me if you can.

                          I have placed two orders with Rediff shopping on 01.05.2015 at 10:07 AM via Yes Bank Net Banking(Net Banking Details-NET TXN: BILLDESK BYBK[protected] REDIFF) and amount paid was Rupees491.via Net Banking and the payment was successfull as the amount was debited from my bank account.But I didn't get any confirmation Email or my Order ID or any confirmation SMS regarding my payment and order placed from Rediff shopping Team.

                              I have booked the Order No. 11460770 on 16.04.2015. At the time of Booking, it had been mentioned that the Books - 13 in all - will be delivered within 5 to 8 Business Days. Till today, i.e. 29.04.2015, the Delivery Status is showing "Awaiting Dispatch". Kindly look into the matter seriously and let the Order get dispatched before 2nd of May.                                   Had order three black Lenovo Ideaphone P780 Flip Cover (Black). Complaint: 1. Got two black cover and one white colour. 2. One of the black colour cover is very loose and does not fit at all to the phone. 3. The white colour cover is slightly short in length then the phone. I am in touch with your company since April 17, 2015 because of careless service by delivery boy of JV Express.                                       Hello, I'm having issue with 2 items. 1. Ticket Number at rediff delight center : [Ticket#[protected]] - Delivery Issue Order date : 1 April 15 Toady's date: 25 April 15 It is showing, item ready to dispatch since 15 days. No reply from support center. Item is : Ice Gola Maker, Snow Gola and Slush Maker Ticket Number at rediff delight center : [Ticket#[protected]] - Item not as per description Support center advised to contact vendor with this message: Further we request you to revert back to us on the same mail if you don';t receive any reply from them in next 72 hrs. Its been 7 days for reverting back to support center. No reply. Thanks.

                                      Its been one month to order, still no delivery for a product which is available in every kitchen accessory store.

                                      Seems like there is no way I'm getting answer regarding my this ticket [Ticket#[protected]].


                                      Order date : 1 April 15
                                      Toady's date: 3 May15


                                      It is showing, item ready to dispatch since 20 days.


                                      Only once support replied (6 days before) - "Further the dispatch status of your product "Ice Gola Maker, Snow Gola &amp; Slush Maker" is being checked with the seller and the update would be provided at the earliest."
                                      Recieved reply :


                                      With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that our vendor had still not received the order.
                                      As soon as they receive the same we will arranging the refund amount charge for the same.


                                      It takes a month to know that vendor has not received the order... Nice!


                                      Also, loss of 100 rupees (50 + 50 for 2 products), as they do not refund shipping charges we have paid extra. Refund just item amount, at least mail says so.

Item: Vox Rechargeable Pedestal Inverter Fan With LED Light &amp; 3800mAh Power Bank Rediff Customer Support No:[protected] I have been following up the Rediff support on mail and phone for past 15 days but there is no discrete response. They are neither refunding the amount. Every time they would say "Sir we have forwarded your request to logistics department and we will get back to you in 24/48/6 hrs." And then there will not be any call back. Next time you call, they will say exactly the same. But neither you will get any call back not they will respond through mail. There is not escalation hierarchy, they will not give you any alter number or email of any senior person so you can express your concerns.
