[Resolved] Rediffmail — Reactivation of my old email id

I needed to access some old emails, so I tried to login to my rediffmail, which I have not used for a while.
Then rediffmail said my account was suspended, because of inactivity.
And there was an option to pay rs235 for reactivation, and I made the payment, since I needed some old emails.

But even after I paid the fee for reactivation, my account was still not accessible.
Please help me.

Complaint marked as Resolved

I emailed customer support and they replied to my queries. Now my email has been re activated. The response was quick, I emailed them yesterday night and they solved my problem today evening, so less than 24 hours.

Rediff.com India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

My rediffmail
[protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked and the hacker has changed my recovery email address, phone number and all other information. I am unable to login since Jun 23, 2022.
Need to gain access back to my account asap as my rediffmail account is linked to several other accounts.
Please treat this as extremely urgent and provide immediate help.
