Hi,
I am one of the Director in this company. One of the employee Mr. Ahmed called me for web designing and google promotion behalf of Weblife Infotech Private Ltd on 6th June 2020. After That one of another employee Mr. Amit Bharadwaj discussed with me and explained the above subject. I have convinced with him and We have finalized everything for one year subscription @ Rs.11000/-. I have paid Rs. 2685/- on 13.06.2020 as token amount and remaining balance paid on 19.06.2020.
When they received the payment, after that they were started harassment with me for additional payment of Rs.35000/- for license of web site. So many arguments went on this issue and another lady employee Ms.Aarti entered and she was negotiated with me for another Rs.10000/- +GST, but I was denied. After that another employees Mr. Arun and Ms.Savita calling me and demanding for additional payment. I was not agree with them and asking refund of our money. They were calling me daily number of times and threatening me. They used abused language also with me. This went on up to September 2020 and I was not pickup their phone calls.
I have wrote two to three times mails to the directors also, but no response from them. Still date we are not getting neither refund nor web designing. Now we have decided to go legal action on that company, company Directors and employees. Was this information helpful? |
