Sir,
Upon instructions, information and authority from my client namely Mr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, Contract No.-ESPTPNSV03037, Customer Code- ESSV126414, I do hereby served upon you the following notice:
1. That my client is a law abiding person.
2. That my client and you are well acquainted with each other about taking vehicle loan and fulfillment of his need.
3. That my client contact your branch in Patna for vehicle loan, Since you are well acquainted in this finance business and my client had full faith in you and your business, my client apply for the vehicle loan to your company.
4. That your branch accepts my application and provides my client loan through abovementioned contract no. on contract date is 29.03.2019.
5. That the facts narrated above leaves no iota of doubt that my client took the loan from your company of Rs. 2.38.032/- and as per agreement and fixed instalments my client time to time paid the instalment on time, there is no failure on part of my client.
6. That my client paid the whole amount as per agreement value and there is no outstanding loan amount, but when the time comes for certificate of no-dues, my client contact your branch, the local officer of the branch calculate wrongly and make outstanding of Rs. 34, 640.00/-, without taking view on the basis of statement.
7. That your branch behavior is not good and also not at par of your business reputation, a number of times my client contact for redressal of grievances, but all effort goes in vain and your branch is very harassing.
8. That you are therefore called upon to redress the grievances or settle the issue to my clients or with us, within a period a 15 days from the date of receipt of this present notice or else I have definite instruction from my client to prosecute you in the criminal court of competent jurisdiction.
Please further take notice that a copy of this notice is retain in my office for future use and reference, if any.
