Respected Sir / Madam,
10 months over, still i have not received my money. I was booked ticket from Sealdah Railway Station's Reservation Counter of Eastern Railway on 13 December, 2016 and paid the money through the then newly introduced Debit Card payment on counter service. After some day of booking ticket, i have cancelled the ticket through the same counter of Sealdah station . The counter person assured me that your money will be directly transferred to your bank account between 7 days . But I have cancelled the ticket on 26 December 2016 and today is 23rd October, 2017, i still didn't get my money.
I have launched a complain at CCM Refuns Office of Estern Railway on March, 2017 regarding my refund. But it didn't work. Even when i visited the CCM refunds office to know the current status of my application and my refund, Reputed High Ranked Railway officers insulted me time to time and laugh at me. They also suggested me to go Consumer Court for money .
Hope Ministry will understand my situation and will refund my money as early as possible.

I am very disappointing by the service as it have been a month. i even tried calling customer care number of time but the line is always busy.
