My amount got refunded to different bank account, how can i retrieve that amount ?
My account number is ending with 8 and by mistakenly i had put 0.
My question is, i have filled everything else correctly other than account number which is IFSC code and ACCOUNT holder name so how it got verified from your end and got refunded. It shouldn't right ?
Bank is asking to raise complaint from your side as amount has been initiated from your side .
Being a elite customer from last 2 years, this is the first time i got any issue with purple, please help to solve it.
